To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and qualified flight instructor who shares our passion for aviation.

Your Responsibilities

• Contributing to the development of a DTO.
• Conducting theoretical and practical flight instruction in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Providing individual support and guidance to student pilots.
• Planning and conducting check flights and examinations.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and training guidelines.
• Supporting the ongoing development of our training programs.

Your Profile

• Valid EASA Flight Instructor License FI(H) with relevant experience.
• Experience in training student pilots, ideally in Switzerland.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• High safety awareness and sense of responsibility.
• Flexibility, team spirit, and enthusiasm for aviation.
• Good German and English skills, spoken and written.
