General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Air Alpina GmbH

1. Scope of application:
   These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services and products offered by Air Alpina GmbH, including passenger and freight transport, tourism and adventure flights, environmental and research flights, instruction and training flights, and the chartering of aircraft.
2. Conclusion of contract:
   A contract is concluded upon written confirmation from Air Alpina GmbH. Any changes or additions must be made in writing.
3. Services and Availability:
   All services are subject to availability, regulatory approvals, weather conditions, and operational requirements. Air Alpina GmbH reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel services for safety or operational reasons.
4. Customer Obligations:
   The customer agrees to comply with all safety instructions and legal regulations. Age, health, or weight restrictions may apply to certain services.
5. Liability:
   Air Alpina GmbH is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, official orders, or other unforeseeable circumstances. Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount of the booked service. Liability for indirect damages or lost profits is excluded.
6. Payment Terms:
   Payment is made according to the agreed terms. In case of late payment, Air Alpina GmbH reserves the right to withhold or cancel services.
7. Data protection:
   Air Alpina GmbH treats all customer data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
8. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law:
   Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Air Alpina GmbH in Fällanden, Switzerland.
